I subscribe to several blogs on Google Reader. I want to take a moment to highlight some blogs that I read.
- About Foursquare
http://aboutfoursquare.com/feed/
A new addition to my feed list. It’s good for keeping up to date with new badges. If you don’t use Foursquare, this site doesn’t apply to you. To be honest, I’m getting Foursquare fatigue since they’ve been releasing so many pointless badges recently. - Daring Fireball

John Gruber writes as if his life savings depends on the positive performance of AAPL. As easy as it is to despise Gruber, he posts great links when he’s not obviously trolling Google. - Gothamist
http://gothamist.com/index.xml
Everyday NY happenings. They have a sense of humor that I appreciate. I also read sister site, Shanghaiist, for my source of China news. - Serious Eats

While based in NYC, they have good national food coverage. SE includes a lot of recipes, which are N/A to me. For more NYC food coverage, I’ve recently started reading Midtown Lunch and GrubStreet. - Vincent Laforet
http://blog.vincentlaforet.com/feed
Pulitzer winning photographer who has recently transitioned to HD DSLRs. To say he takes photos well is an understatement. While I’m not so big on creating video, Laforet keeps himself on the cutting edge by moving to video.
Honorable Mention
Not exactly a blog, but Hacker News is great for startup coverage. It’s not Reddit, and it’s more helpful than TC. I’m not a fan of their RSS feed since I like reading the articles and then deciding if I want to read the comments.
